George Strait coming to the RGV

George Strait is coming back to the Rio Grande Valley after I don't know how many years I think is 20. He will be performing at the Dodge Arena on May 9th just in time for Mother's Day! I now can celebrate Mother's Day for the second time, this will be an awesome present for me yeah!!! I convencied Jesse, Jayson's father to go with me since he only likes about 3-5 songs of him so he said okay, I'll go with you as if I was twisting his arm. Jesse and I maintain a really good relationship even though we are not living together we still act as if we do. It is a long story and this blog is not about me its about Jayson. Jesse has always been there for Jayson when ever I call him to help me out when my mom can't babysit him. He has 2 kids from his previous marriage which he has custody of; Danika 10 and Jesse 9. One of my favorite songs of George Strait is "She let herself Go", I Saw God Today, The Cowboy Rides Away, The Chair just to name a few. Tickets don't go on sale until further notice. I can't wait to hold the tickets in my hand. My long time good friend and confidant Yvonne is going too, hope we get tickets together.

ooops! I did it Again!!

It happened once again, Jayson fell of the bed again, it was about 3:30 in the morning that Jayson woke up crying, I switched him from his crib to my bed and he went back to sleep. Maybe he was cold, he was not covered. Then it was time for me to get ready for work when I walked over to my closet Jayson woke up and rolled over to the floor. This time he did get hurt just look at the pictures I've posted, maybe it wasn't a good idea I don't want CPS to call me and get in trouble. My poor baby, once again I am sorry. He cried for a while, I placed an ice pack on his forehead so that the swelling would minimize. It was cold so he wouldn't keep it for long. After a while he was the same happy baby as you can see in the pictures.

Happy New Year 2009!

2008 is gone and here is the best thing the year brought to me my baby boy Jayson. I took this picture of ourselves New Year's Eve before he went to sleep, it is not the best picture but oh well. We went over to my sisters house for the evening, my cousins, my brother and rest of the family were there we had so much fun we had Kareoke and we danced and sang until midnight. Then we popped fireworks Jayson went to sleep a bit after 12 midnight which was good he was the first one I hugged and kissed for the New Year 2009. It was great.

Merry Christmas!!

It was Jayson's first Christmas and it was awesome. He received many gifts from family and friends from clothes to toys. He didn't last until 12 midnight so we opened his gifts until the next morning. He wore this onesee that read "Who needs Santa, I've got Grandparents!"
